Wencon Whistleblower
At Wencon, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and responsibility. Our whistleblower portal allows employees and partners to report serious concerns confidentially and without risk of retaliation.
Safe and Confidential Whistleblower Portal
Wencon ApS Whistleblower Platform is established based on the principles of openness and responsibility, and it is to be a supplement to the internal dialogue in Wencon ApS.
The purpose of the Whistleblower Platform is to ensure an anonymous, confidential, and independent channel for reporting of matters that are unsuitable to be directly handled by the regular channels.
The whistleblower service is provided by an independent external partner to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all reports.
When submitting a report through the Whistleblower Platform, all cases are screened and handled by Lund Elmer Sandager Attorneys. All communication and data are encrypted during both transmission and storage.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality.
What can be reported?
You may use the Whistleblower Platform to report any irregular, unethical behaviour, violation of the law or reasonable suspicion. You can also report violations of internal guidelines.
As an example, you may report about the following subjects to the Whistleblower Platform:
- Financial crimes (embezzlement, bribery, fraud, document forgery)
- Submission of incorrect or misleading information to public authorities
- Physical violence or sexual abuse
- Violation of occupational safety
- Threats to environmental health and safety
Please note: Ordinary workplace conflicts or HR-related issues should be handled through your manager.
How to report?
Reports can be submitted through the Wencon Whistleblower Portal.
You can report through the Whistleblower Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Whistleblower Platform is available on smartphones, tablets and computers.
What happens after you report?
After submitting a report, you will receive a case code which should be stored safely. If you provide your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, however, the case code will not be included for security reasons.
Lund Elmer Sandager will review and process the report and may contact you through the Whistleblower Portal if additional information is needed. If you report anonymously, it is important to log in regularly using your case code to follow updates regarding your case.
If relevant, a contact person from Wencon ApS may be involved during the process. Once the case has been processed, you will be informed of the outcome where possible in accordance with applicable law.
Security and anonymity
Lund Elmer Sandager handles all reports independently and treats all information confidentially.
If you submit a confidential report, your contact information will only be accessible to Lund Elmer Sandager and will not be shared with Wencon ApS.
You may also choose to report anonymously. In anonymous cases, your identity will not be known to anyone. To protect your anonymity, it is recommended not to discuss your case internally and to use a personal e-mail address instead of your work e-mail address when submitting a confidential report.
