Wencon UW Coating LV – Spray, Brush, Inject!

Our newest product, Wencon UW Coating LV, is just like the regular UW Coating as you know it. But we have added some changes to the formular, which makes the viscosity low and enables both brush application, injection application and of course spray application.

The Wencon UW Coating LV is maritime repair and maintenance redefined.

With its low viscosity, the two-component epoxy coating is mixed directly during the application process using a dispenser/cartridge gun.

What benefits does this bring to your application process?

Firstly, you can cover larger areas more quickly, as the dispenser ensures an effective and even release of the coating. One person can handle the entire job, eliminating the need for additional staff to mix or apply the coating. Simply insert the cartridge into the dispenser, where the mixing occurs automatically. Choose from brush, spray, or injection tools, and press the dispenser for seamless application.

The new Wencon UW Coating LV, with its low viscosity, allows for easy spray application. This epoxy coating can be sprayed on larger areas, covering them faster than traditional methods. Brush

Sometimes it makes sense to use a different application method. That’s why Wencon offers the ‘brush on hose’ application form for specific ship equipment coatings. Using the brush on hose, one person can handle the job without needing assistance from other applicators. Inject
