Safe and Confidential Whistleblower Channel
At Wencon, we take responsibility seriously. Our whistleblower scheme allows employees and partners to safely report serious matters. All reports are treated confidentially and without risk of retaliation.
What can be reported?
You may report concerns about:
- Fraud, theft, bribery, or corruption
- Breaches of data protection or IT security
- Health, safety, or environmental risks
- Harassment, discrimination, or other serious misconduct
- Serious violations of law or company rules
Please note: Ordinary workplace conflicts or HR-related issues should be handled through your manager.
How to report?
You can report through one of the following channels:

Reports can be submitted anonymously. However, including your name may help us investigate more effectively.
What happens after you report?
- We confirm receipt within 7 days (unless submitted anonymously).
- We investigate the case and provide feedback within 1 month.
- Your identity will always be treated confidentially.
Protection from retaliation
No one will be punished for reporting in good faith.
Any form of retaliation is strictly prohibited.

You always have the right to report directly to public authorities or through official whistleblower channels.
